A Path of Learning and Empowerment

We as people, have the unalienable Right to Travel in our private conveyance from point a to point b. Simple right? We are travelers, not drivers in commerce. Unless you are driving in commerce, such as a truck driver hauling goods or a school bus driver or a garbage truck driver or even an Uber driver. All of these positions require you to perform your duties as a “driver” with a contract to compel you to adhere to using a driver’s license, license plates, insurance, registration and the rest. When you are traveling from point a to point b in your private conveyance, in your private capacity, none of the above applies to you, a living people on the land & soil. In your private capacity, you do not need a driver’s license, license plates, or registration. Carrying insurance is one’s prerogative, it is not necessary.

Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness (and Property)
This comes back to knowing who you are and acknowledging the fact you have an unalienable right to travel, which is part of our right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness and Property. There are numerous Right to Travel Supreme Court rulings and the STATE of Oregon also has ORS supporting the fact we do not need a driver’s license or a license plate to get behind the wheel in our private capacity. This goes for all 50 states of the union.

When you decide you know who you are and you’re confident in your status, standing and jurisdiction, the option to exercise your right to travel is right in front of you. However, because the majority of the public believes in recognizing all the deceit and the outright scam of the DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) and their parent corporation, DOT (Department of Transportation) as “the law” and with the police departments and their “policy enforcers” enforcing it all, as well as STATE Troopers, it does pose a few challenges. Though nothing we cannot handle. One of the main issues is the training provided by the DPSST (Department of Public Safety Standards and Training). This entity trains all city and state policy enforcers on, you guessed it, policy, codes and statutes…not the law. They label people who exercise their constitutionally-protected rights as domestic terrorists/enemy combatants otherwise known to them as…drum roll please….Sovereign Citizens. It’s the same old game, different time. Training MUST change and it will eventually, as We the People keep chipping away at them. Having said this, the DOT does recognize right to travel as a, “private motor carrier”.  It’s a fairly lengthy process to obtain a DOT number, but totally doable. One needs a private foreign trust to place automobile, in tandem with a foreign EIN number (98 series) from the IRS, form SS-4 and per the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), applicants are required to file evidence of financial responsibility, which is accomplished with a private surety/bearer insurance (indemnity) bond for $5 Million using social security trust “discharge” number. Joe Lustica on Rumble offers some good information on this topic and so does James C Lovett on youtube. One can then order private plates with “Private Foreign National, UCC 1-308 UCC 9-109 DOT exempt” and whatever else one deems appropriate. Because everything in commerce revolves around contracts, it’s also necessary to rescind the driver license by using a, “surrender of DL” form from DMV. It makes things much easier when you cannot be found in “the system”, as they now do not have the ability to contract with you and therefore cannot write a ticket. One can then use a passport for identification purposes, but make sure it’s done properly so you don’t identify as a U.S. Citizen. Keep a travel binder in your automobile with all your documents organized. In the event you are confronted with a policy enforcer who does not respect or honor your right to travel, you can deal with it through litigation and win compensatory and often exemplary damages too.

The Burden Lies on Us
The burden lies on us to educate our public servants. Indoctrination runs deep and unfortunately, de facto has quite a strong hold on the general public. De facto meaning, ‘without fact’. As you may or may not know, the police department, Sheriff’s department, all the county & state departments and even the county courthouses are privately owned for profit, municipal services corporations. They all have Dun & Bradstreet numbers, which is verifiable. So it should be no surprise that all these municipalities do is generate revenue by extorting the unsuspecting public on a daily basis. Again, not my opinion, this is fact.

In order to change the current regime, we must first be the change we wish to see. Secondly, we must, as the powerful people, practice “objecting, declaring, requiring and demanding”. Complacency and burying our heads in the sand only contributes to the wrong doers and their agenda. Herein lies the reason things are the way they are today; society as a whole has been whipped into submission.
Building awareness happens through leading by example and educating our communities. Sending Notices to our public servants is also very affective. It’s high time our voices be heard!

Common Law
While America is a Common Law country, you’ll be hard pressed to find any Common Law courts here. They’re all British courts practicing Admiralty Law in the Sea/Maritime jurisdiction and it’s common practice to deprive people of their rights under color of law. It’s set up for U.S. Citizens because this label in and of itself represents the British system, but we as Americans on the land & soil are foreign to them and therefore do not belong in their courts. Period. This is also why we never hire a B.A.R. (British Accredited Registry) attorney, because their allegiance is to the BAR/court first, also known as, the Crown and NOT to the American sovereign people. The only time it’s appropriate for Americans to enter “their” court is when we are the Claimant. We definitely do things differently as Americans on the land. Furthermore, the so called, “justice/municipal/circuit” courts can only do business with a legal fiction; the STRAWMAN/all caps NAME. They want nothing to do with living men and women and they certainly don’t wish to hear, nor can they hear any talk of the constitution because it’s a military tribunal built around procedure, rules, codes and statutes. The BAR is a private club with their own rules to which We the People are not included. 

Encounters with Public Servants
When/if you encounter a public servant, such as a police officer or sheriff’s deputy, while traveling in your private conveyance, you must say as little as possible. Be calm, respectful and always stay in honor. And don’t ever use any verbiage about sovereignty or the constitution. Certainly don’t ever use the term, “sovereign citizen”. These are trigger words for them, so they react to you as the enemy, which will get you thrown in the back of their car pretty quick. They’ll instantly think you’re a domestic terrorist, as they’ve been trained this way. The powers that shouldn’t be have gone to great lengths to deter people from reclaiming their sovereignty because they like to keep people sleeping, obedient slaves. It’s all by design, of course.

FYI, one cannot be sovereign and a citizen at the same time; it’s an oxymoron. In the 80s there were a lot of people taking action to reclaim their sovereignty (not unlike today), but without the internet it was very different back then. During that time the FBI made a concerted effort to put a target on anyone who wished to reclaim their sovereignty; making the term, “sovereign citizen” a buzz word and to brand the People, as a domestic terrorist and it continues today in full force. However, We the People have assembled in all 50 states and each state assembly is growing rapidly! In fact, there are many different groups popping up, not only in America, but all over the world…the People are rising and organizing and it’s about time!!

Remember, “law enforcement” have been trained to be professional order followers and to enforce the 80 million+ codes and statutes as “Law”. So really, they are “policy enforcers”. They’re also trained to view the general public (their allies and employers) as enemy combatants. They are typically ignorant of the actual law, but as I like to say, ignorance of the law is no excuse. And more often than not, they are acting under color of law meaning, any ‘authority’ using his power to willfully deprive people of their rights.
Standard practice these days, as the “police state” is evident. So, we are all looked upon as enemy combatants and in their eyes, guilty until proven innocent. With or without being a “sovereign citizen”.

Our Rights and the Law
It’s an upside down system, which we are turning right side up again. It’s taken about 160 years to get here, so it’s not an overnight process to restore that which our forefathers bravely started for us. Each of us in our supreme and private capacity as living men and women can affect change and ARE affecting change by standing up for our rights and the law. It takes courage, knowledge and fearlessness and requires your focus and study.
Most importantly, you must know who you are and remember who you are. You are powerful beyond belief! Believe it!!

At the end of the day, your status correction documentation is a formality. You’ve got to know in your heart this is the right path for you and be able to stand on who you are and who you are not with or without your paperwork. Don’t get me wrong, your documents hold weight. They are very important and do come in handy when you start sending your Notices and creating your standing, but your corrected status must ultimately come from within.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this road to freedom requires your focus and study. It needs to be a priority and important enough to commit to learning at least an hour per day (or more) for the first year at least.. It’s not a fling, it’s a relationship. It’s a lifestyle and life long journey.

It’s equally important to maintain a healthy perspective and find balance in your daily life. It can be very intense and overwhelming in the beginning and learning the truth can be a real butt kicker and emotional roller coaster.

The Oregon Assembly

From Oregon’s website: “When the Founding Fathers of the 13 colonies founded our government, they each represented their specific land areas and they formed what was called “Assemblies” which were groups of local people who came together at their local meeting halls to discuss how to self-govern their counties and Nation-States under Common Law (each state being a sovereign nation unto itself).” Today Counties and Nation-States across America have once again formed Assemblies to take a stand for We the People and to restore our lawful government, as our forefathers started for us so long ago. 

With the combined efforts of our assemblies, we are taking action and making headway to affect change. It’s been slow since we assembled in 2019, but we are starting to see the fruits of our labor and gaining momentum. We need more people to join us, so if you’re reading this, please consider joining us.

Lawful Counsel
I work with Americans who are dealing with Right to Travel issues. There are different strategies and remedies available to Americans, which are based in the Common law. The methods I advocate are unconventional and not the typical way one would imagine working with “court” matters. Conducting ourselves on the private side is very different than the public side. Whatever you do, do not take them up on their invitation to court. Everything is handled privately via Registered Mail with return receipt (green card), as this is your private court of record. If you receive a ticket, you have 72 hours to rescind. You first make a copy of the ticket before writing, “No Agreement to Contract” in red ink and using a “Rescission” stamp in black ink at a 45 degree angle 3-4 times across ticket. Then print a copy for yourself and send the original back to them with a cover letter and your notarized Living Testimony in the form of an Affidavit of Status, Truth and Fact, which is part of your status correction process. Do not send your original of any of your documents, always copies. Also, only use stamps to keep you on the land jurisdiction, never use their metered mail. Stamps = Post Office, metered mail = USPS. De facto is thick headed, so plan on going back and forth with them 2, 3 and sometimes more times and keep repeating the basics of who you are and who you are not and the fact you have no agreement or consent to contract with them. There’s more to it, but you get the idea, right? What you are doing is sending them Notice they have no authority over you, but it should always be done in writing, not in person or over the phone. 

I am not an attorney or lawyer who is hired to “represent” you. I have nothing to do with the B.A.R. (British Accredited Registry) or the MUNICIPAL or Territorial courts.. I teach you how to stand strong and honorably handle your own affairs without stepping foot into “their” courts as a ‘Defendant’. We handle things administratively using Registered Mail, as it’s our private court of record. The only time Americans should go to these courts is as a Claimant. When they’ve trampled over your rights and continue to harass you, it’ll be time to hold them accountable in the federal district court.
